Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or online credit note. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that this applies to online purchases made via this website only.

We have a separate policy in place for purchases made via social media messaging. Please contact us directly for further information regarding this.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 2-5 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Any online purchases made with the full or partial use of a Gold Boutique online gift card, will be refunded in full or partially back to a gift card only.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

All jewellery, except if faulty.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send it back to the above address. Once the item is received back in store we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.
